Legal Basis
Processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to answer your question and improve our services, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you submit a message via the contact form.
Sharing with Third Parties
Your data is not sold to third parties. We use Web3Forms for contact form processing and Railway (self-hosted) for our chat widget. Beyond these, your data is not shared.
Retention Period
Your personal data is not retained longer than necessary. The maximum retention period is 12 months after the last contact.

We only collect data you actively provide via our contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, financial details or government IDs.
We use functional cookies for dark mode and cookie preferences (via localStorage). With your consent, we measure anonymous page views using our own analytics system — not Google Analytics or any third-party service. We use no advertising cookies and do not share browsing data with third parties.
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. We use Web3Forms for contact form processing and Railway for our self-hosted chat widget. Beyond these necessary services, your data remains solely with W69 AI Consultancy.

No. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only processors are our hosting provider (Strato, EU) and form processing service. We have data processing agreements in place with all processors in compliance with the GDPR.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, regular backups and security headers. Our hosting is within the EU (Strato, Germany) in compliance with the GDPR.
