4. Governance
Traceable who did what, which source was used and why. Designed to meet AI Act requirements, including the Article 50 transparency obligation applying from 2 August 2026.
5. Maintenance
Models change, connections break, rules shift. Ongoing maintenance belongs to the platform, not to a separate invoice afterwards.

What exactly is the Agentic AI Suite?
It is not a single piece of software but a platform: a coherent set of agents that each take over part of your work and together function as a digital team. Much like Microsoft 365 consists of multiple apps that form one working environment. The Suite runs inside your own environment, on your own data, with governance and maintenance built in.
How is this different from individual AI tools?
Individual tools do not know each other and share no context. That is why AI stalls at the pilot stage: McKinsey research from November 2025 found that 88 percent of organisations use AI, yet no function has scaled beyond roughly 10 percent. The Suite solves this with one shared knowledge layer, so every agent works from the same facts.
How does the Suite connect to our existing systems?
Through the Model Context Protocol, or MCP. That is the standard giving AI systems uniform access to existing software, databases and documents. A connection is therefore no longer a bespoke project per system but an attachment to a standard. For systems without MCP support we build an adapter.
Does the Suite comply with the EU AI Act?
The Suite is designed to meet AI Act requirements. In practice that means users can see they are working with AI, generated output is marked, and every agent action is traceable. Note that the transparency obligations under Article 50 apply from 2 August 2026. Whether your own deployment fully complies depends on your use case, which we assess per situation.
Who keeps it running after delivery?
We do. A platform without maintenance is not a platform. Models change, connections break, regulation shifts and your processes move with them. That is why ongoing maintenance is part of the Suite rather than an afterthought.
